Some Democrats think the party is going a bit too far with private sector skepticism, especially when it comes to presidential candidates squabbling over their job history, The Washington Post reports.

For example, Rep. Don Beyer (D-Va.) told the Post he doesn't think most voters care about South Bend, Indiana, Mayor Pete Buttigieg's time as a consultant at McKinsey & Co. or who Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) represented when she was a bankruptcy lawyer. Regardless, Warren and Buttigieg have gone back and forth in attempts to nitpick each other's careers while calling for more transparency in what seems to be an effort to cater to an anti-corporate movement within the party. The spat, though, isn't sitting well with everyone, and has even conjured up a surprising — and frankly unpleasant — poultry-based metaphor.
