After spending eight months behind bars, Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino swears he's on the verge of a comeback.

The Jersey Store star was released from prison in New York Thursday after pleading guilty to tax evasion, NBC News reports. Immediately after becoming a free man again, he went on a mad retweeting spree, using the hashtag "#FreeSitch" to celebrate. The cast of Jersey Shore previously used this hashtag while lobbying for his early release in Washington, D.C. just a few weeks ago.
