Boxer Floyd Mayweather Jr. and UFC fighter Conor McGregor will face off August 26 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.

The Nevada State Athletic Commission approved the fight Wednesday. Mayweather (49-0) announced his retirement in September 2015 after defeating Andre Berto, and McGregor, the UFC's only simultaneous two-division champion, won the lightweight belt in November 2016. The fight will air on Showtime's pay-per-view channel.
