Attorney General William Barr briefed Congress on the findings of Special Counsel Robert Mueller's investigation on Sunday. In a brief letter, Barr wrote that "while this report does not conclude that the president committed a crime, it also does not exonerate him." Barr also said Mueller did not find that the Trump campaign colluded with Russia, despite multiple offers by Russia, and did not draw a conclusion as to whether the conduct it examined amounted to obstruction. Mueller, who submitted the report to the Justice Department on Friday, will not be indicting anyone else, and left it to Barr to decide whether Trump's conduct constitutes a crime. Trump called the findings a "complete and total exoneration."
